<p>I&#8217;ve participated in <a href="http://www.pyweek.org/7/">Pyweek #7</a> with the game <a href="http://www.pyweek.org/e/Solo/">&#8220;So long &#8211; A love story&#8221;</a>. The theme was &#8220;<i>The length of a piece of string</i>&#8220;. This time it was as much fun as in previous pyweeks, my game came 3rd in the <span style="font-style: italic;">solo</span> category and now I&#8217;m porting it to iPhone.</p>
<p>The port is really easy since the original game uses <a href="http://www.cocos2d.org/">cocos2d</a> + <a href="http://code.google.com/p/pymunk/">pymunk</a>  and for the iPhone version I&#8217;m using <a href="http://code.google.com/p/cocos2d-iphone">cocos2d</a> (for iphone) + <a href="http://wiki.slembcke.net/main/published/Chipmunk">chipmunk</a>.</p>
<p>The game will be available as a Free game under the name of  <span style="font-style: italic;">&#8220;A Tail of Love&#8221;</span> (I like this name better than the original one).</p>
<p>The engine is working well. I&#8217;m using the accelerometer to control the ball. I need to add the rest of the levels, the HUD, and nicer fonts. And if I don&#8217;t find an unexpected problem I will have it ready in about 1 week.</p>
